Golden Bay subdivision is located in Tichigan Wisconsin, on the north end of Tichigan Lake. Tichigan (Know to locals as PLANT TICHIGAN)
is an unincorporated village 3 miles north of Waterford WI. A beautiful location just 25 minutes south west of Milwaukee. Madison is located 60 minutes to the northwest and Chicago only 60 minutes to the south. This quiet but active location is home to great people, great schools.
Golden Bay offers to it's members , lake access, walking trails, boat piers, four ponds and even a club house that features an exercise area, sauna, kitchen and space for large events. Our open courtyard area overlooking the ponds is a great place to relax and even throw a line in the water to catch a big one in our stocked ponds.
